Storytelling is truly exciting – it makes you think, question and challenge ideas

Storytelling in schools enhances the development of our children as readers, writers and thinkers. Through storytelling, Nell inspires learning in the classroom by:

• encouraging listening and concentration
• valuing the individual's contribution and raising self-esteem
• developing language skills to tell stories and express our response to them
• widening the breadth of the pupils' emotional, moral and cultural understanding

Nell has years of experience with students of all ages 3 – 19 years old. All students engage with the energy and immediacy of a story well told - live and direct! They actively listen, comment and participate.

We were at the ROH on Sunday and our children really enjoyed your stories. LOVED them! As did we. It made me realise being told (rather than read) stories is all too rare, and there is something magical about it.
